The questions we get every week.
How much does wall to wall carpet cost per square metre?
It depends on the fibre and the underlay more than anything else. Polypropylene sits at the lower end, wool blends higher. Room shape matters too — an L-shaped majlis wastes more material than a square bedroom. Message us the room sizes and we'll give you a realistic range before anyone visits.
Do you charge for the consultation or the measuring?
No. The home visit, the swatch samples and the measurement are free, and you're under no obligation afterwards. You only pay once you've approved a written quote.
Can you fit carpet over existing tiles?
Usually yes. Most Dubai villas and apartments have tile or marble underneath, and carpet can be fitted over it with the right gripper and underlay — no need to lift the existing floor. We confirm this when we measure.
How long does the installation take?
A single bedroom is typically a few hours. A full villa is usually spread across a small number of days depending on the number of rooms and stairs. We'll give you the schedule with the quote so you can plan around it.
Do I need to move my furniture?
Light furniture we can move as part of the fitting. Heavy or fragile items — wardrobes, pianos, large beds — are best arranged in advance so we can quote for it properly rather than surprise you on the day.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We're based in Al Quoz and serve all seven Emirates with delivery and installation.
